Job description

Mission

·  We are searching for someone with knowledge in setting up PCs, printers, modem and firewalls, addressing the classic help desk problems of a company.
·  The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
·  Preparation and installation of new workstations;
·  Management of workstations (Install, Move, Add and Change);
·  Resolution of hardware and software technical problems (1st level Help Desk);
·  Set up iOS and Android mobile devices;
·  First level network connections (wiring of workstations and any cabinets / patch panels);
·  Configuration and maintenance of printers, video projectors, display-wall systems;
·  Management and organization of the parts warehouse (inventory and reintegration of faulty parts);
·  Management of hardware equipment under official maintenance of the vendor (contacts with local suppliers);
·  Creation and maintenance of operational documentation related to infrastructure and equipment managed (practical guides, problem solving, supplier list).

Profile

·  Excellent knowledge of the main client operating systems (Windows10, Windows7) and of the main troubleshooting techniques;
·  Excellent knowledge of the main company software (MS Office, PDF editors, browsers, etc.);
·  Excellent level of interpersonal relationship with the client and with the technical team of the parent company based in Milan;
·  Excellent time management skills, operational priorities and the organization of his own work;
·  High levels of punctuality and accuracy;Good written and spoken knowledge of English language. Italian is a plus but not mandatory
