YOUR FUNCTION:

To bolster our presence in the Industry sector, we seek a dynamic leader to build and manage our Industry business consulting team. This senior leader will leverage their Business Consulting capabilities to:

Leadership:

·  Advise clients on future ambitions, emphasizing positive business outcomes.
·  Build networks with key decision-makers, both internally and externally.
·  Inspire and lead the Industry business consulting team with enthusiasm.
·  Drive knowledge management initiatives for effective information sharing.

 

Commercial:

·  Extend senior-level relationships within client organizations.
·  Ensure customer satisfaction across projects.
·  Develop strategic relationships by positioning Inetum's consulting capability.
·  Understand clients' business strategy and align Inetum's offering accordingly.

 

Delivery:

·  Produce solutions and strategies meeting client business needs.
·  Actively participate in pre-sales activities and scope new consulting assignments.
·  Identify and address customer satisfaction issues.
·  Seek improvements and opportunities for clients and Inetum.

 

Profile

·  Work on major, complex issues, considering clients' needs and priorities.
·  Assess how clients' culture impacts appropriate solutions.
·  Proactively address issues and reduce stress within the team.
·  Actively seek additional business benefits for clients and Inetum.
·  Continuously strive for better ways of doing things.

 

Profile:

·  Strong commercial attitude and business acumen.
·  Stay informed on Industry sector trends (e.g., Supply Chain, Manufacturing).
·  Flexibility, proactivity, and customer-focused mindset.
·  Excellent communication and negotiation skills at C-level.
·  Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
