Job description

Mission

·  The HEVA Domain in the IT Department provides the Engineering business functions (Approval, Testing & Validation) with information systems which allow the approval of vehicles and the performance of physical tests.
·  The scope of the service is that of Change - new projects & RUN - serial life of the HEVA Domain of the IT Department (DI-RE) for the Materials domains (MATSUB applications). During the service there is the possibility of change with intervention in areas other than Materials.
·  The mission will consist of assisting the Materials Engineering Product Leader in the planning, coordination and management of IT projects from the preframing phase to acceptance and deployment.
·  Analysis of user needs.
·  Animation of the Agile approach to logistics and communication with teams who are at the crossroads of various organizations (representatives of the simulation & testing professions, functional designers, technical managers, editors, developers, etc.).
·  Workload estimation and planning.
·  Study of technical solutions and creation of POC s.
·  Monitoring of test campaigns in the pilot phase.
·  Setting up and monitoring project progress indicators.
·  Escalation of risks and problems.
·  Study of the robustness of certain interfaces and performance.
·  Renewal of licenses.
·  Technical and functional support to users.

Profile

·  Knowledge of project management tools in Agile mode
·  Knowledge of Oracle database querying
