GetGeared is one of the largest Motorcycle Clothing and Accessories Retailers in the UK. We supply the world’s greatest motorcycle clothing brands and back it all up with an outstanding customer experience! We started off 10 years ago as a pure web based mail-order Company; today we operate a large international website and 2 retail stores in the UK. (One in Leeds and Leatherhead/Surrey) and an office in Epsom, Surrey.

Do you "really" enjoy speaking to people and building rapport?

We are looking to add an additional Customer Service Advisor due to business growth. This inbound Customer Service role involves speaking to customers with regards to new and existing queries and taking details accurately while delivering excellent customer services at all times.

Your objective (if you choose to accept it?) is to focus on delivering an exceptional service to new and existing customers - within an environment where every customer matters!!

You must have an outgoing and positive attitude to your work, together with a real passion for helping to resolve queries. A confident and clear telephone manner and a sense of humour always helps!!

Perfect for a recent graduate or someone with telephone/office experience or retail/hospitality work and there is great opportunity for Company progression.

Full training on our product range will be provided.

If you ride a motorbike or have an interest in riding or racing, this would be an advantage!

Salary - £13,500 to £14,500 per annum full time + Incentive Bonus Scheme & Staff Discounts, plus other Rewards and Discretionary payments

Hours of work: 40 hours, on a shift basis of working 5 days out of every 7 which includes working two weekends out of every four.
