Working for this prestigious, well established Consultancy with offices in Harrogate and the heart of London, candidates should have previous recruitment industry experience. Activities will include:

• Manage the day-to-day resourcing aspects of a portfolio of large volume accounts.

• Gather leads from candidate network, linked-in and market knowledge to generate new business opportunities within the volume recruitment market.

• Gather information on current market trends within the professional marketplace

• Write and place advertisements on external websites ensuring these are within legal requirements and reflect the values of the company in terms of content and message.

• Build a strong database of candidates with sector specific experience ensuring individuals are interviewed and basic checks undertaken in order that when programmes come on-line the company can have talent readily available.

• Write regular blogs for the company’s website

• Deal with speculative calls, aftercare and service calls

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates registered with the company to ensure up-to-date information is kept on candidates with regards future opportunities and gain an understanding of current market trends.

• Source candidates for specific roles within the company’s clients

• Ensure general regular contact with key candidates is maintained.
