A highly successful Partner of a FTSE 100 Wealth Management Company, working with High Net Worth individuals is looking to recruit a bright, intelligent and driven individual seeking to kick start their career. Our business style is relaxed but very professional. The service we provide to our clients is of the utmost importance.
We are seeking a likeminded individual to join our team in a busy and demanding role to support our growth plans. The job is PA to the Director of the company, which comprises of many administrative duties. Experience of working in a similar environment would be beneficial but not essential.
Main Responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients and various stakeholders of the Practice on a daily basis, including product providers
- New and existing client meeting preparation
- Appointment making, diary management and client servicing
- Maintaining client files and databases
- Maintaining compliant client records and back office systems
- Managing work pipeline
- Report and letter writing
- Business Submission
- Client Marketing
- All general administration duties
