TRAINEE FLEXO PRINTER - LEICESTER

Have you recently completed a qualification within printing?
Part way through your printing apprenticeship but unsure on the company?
Have some experience as a Print Assistant / Print Finisher keen to progress into a Printer role?
Currently working within litho/screen/gravure looking to step up into the flexo & digital industry?

This is a very rare opportunity for a individual keen to progress with a career in the printing industry, to join a highly successful, quickly growing company within the packaging/labels industry specialising in Flexo and Digital.

Undertaking a comprehensive four year training course, the first year will be spent rotating around the business - getting hands on experience of various departments including artwork, press, warehouse, admin and accounts.

Once your first year induction's completed, you will be able to choose your specialism from those available and will be registered as an apprentice with Leicester College - receiving both hands on work training and classroom training! On completing the three year training course you will be recognised as being the very best at what you do in a industry - where quality is in short supply!

Fully qualified and experienced FLEXO Printers can expect to earn in the region of £25k, with top earners in the industry earning £30-35K+!!

What happens after your training? You will engage in an array of different training, further honing your skills with opportunities to move in to supervisory management, sales, planning and production management.
