Role Summary/Purpose
Responsible for responding to employee and customer requests for Vendor Credentialing information, instructions and documents. Responds to questions in a timely manner with accurate data and guidance on procedures and documents needed. Works with employees, Vendor Credentialing Organizations and customers to provide billing information to keep employee profiles with VCO’s up-to-date.
Essential Responsibilities
• Drive the overall execution of the GEHC Vendor Credentialing processes by providing documents and needed information to employees, customers, and VCO’s.
• Responsible for timely and accurate responses to customer and internal questions and requests.
• Work within all related systems, reports, and Support Central to manage and complete all work.
• Handle all types of requests for first-pass, escalating unknown or critical cases by discretion.
• Monitor requests by supporting field teams, sales teams and external customers via phone, email, and cases.
• Work closely with field service and sales resolve technical and process-related issues.
• Effectively manage and prioritize various needs with minimal supervision.
• Provide support for timely resolution of customer Vendor Credentialing disputes in coordination with Service Sales, field service teams, Human Resources, and Legal teams
Qualifications/Requirements
• Associate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related discipline and minimum one year of customer service experience; or a High School diploma/GED and five or more years of customer service experience.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (e.g., Word, Outlook, Excel, Access).
• Minimum two years’ experience working with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to communicate using local language.
• Strong focus on customer care and satisfaction.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines and commitments.

• Knowledge and understanding of basic Environmental Health Policies to report forward if a danger with their requestors is identified.
