In role of TSE Operations Trainee you will support daily operation of Test Systems Engineering section in Prague, be involved in long-term and short-term planning, responsible for metrics, dashboards, functional processes tracking. You will support section and sub-section daily operations.

Responsibilities and competencies

· 
Process tracking, metrics tracking. Responsible for headcount, finance, workload and various other data collections that are used for ultimate decision making.

· 
Support section needs around Spotfire, Clarity, MyTime, MR issue and tracking (Oracle), property management.

· 
Utilize analytical thinking and technical experience to identify policy and process gaps, supports improvement policy/strategy preparation and execution.

· 
Ensure proper team KPI monitoring and action plans tracking.

· 
Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with policies and procedures.

· 
Implement plans with guidance to meet project goals;

Requirements

· 
Active student status, preferably competed bachelor's degree

· 
Fluent in English and Czech language 

· 
Ability to interface effectively with others

· 
Interest to develop and execute plans

· 
EU work permit

· 
Strong communication and presentation skills, knowledge of MS Excel

· 
Engineering and problem-solving skills are advantageous
