Role Summary/Purpose

Perform thermal spray and/or GEL coating work. Other tasks may include blasting, polishing and heat-treatment, etc.. This person will report to the Operations Leader.
Essential Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Perform thermal spray and/or GEL coating for gas turbine & aero-derivative engine repair (on job training to be provided)
- Follow Work instructions to perform any tasks assigned which may include blasting, polishing and heat-treatment, etc.
- Ensure product quality, equipment care, meet production output/pace, housekeeping and schedules.
- Adhere to all applicable EHS rules and regulations and reporting immediately any unsafe practices/conditions.
- Carries out other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements

- Completion of Secondary Level or equivalent
- NTC or equivalent preferred
- Basic Command of spoken and written English
- Able to perform rotating shift
Desired Characteristics

- Basic technical understanding of manufacturing equipment and coating systems
- Experience in operate complex thermal spray equipment to carry out processes such as plasma spraying, HVOF spraying would be added advantage
