For our Oberentfelden site we are hiring a Tendering and Quotation Manager to work in our Service Team. You convert customer requests for quotation into technical offers and determine the associated costs and sales prices. You are responsible to work out technically and economically optimized solutions in cooperation with the Sales and Engineering Team.Job Description
Tasks
- Project management: Detailed study of documents of the requests, identification of risks, clarification of customer requirements with internal and external stakeholders, occasional business trips to participate in technical project negotiations
- Offer preparation: Cost calculation, preparation of the offer documentation
- Offer tracking: Technical support in offer tracking in cooperation with responsible service sales team
- Project transfer: verification of the order, update of the offer if necessary and to hand over the project to the operational team
Requirements
- Technical education and (technical) University degree
- Significant experience in the area of offer management
- Strong experience in a technical environment, preferably in the energy industry
- Written and spoken German and English is essential for this job
