Job Description Summary
The Production Supervisor - 2nd shift will manage the daily operations of CMC plant to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. The chosen applicant will provide leadership fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teaming to meet all safety, quality, delivery, cost, and performance goals for the products. The 2nd shift hours are 2:45 pm - 11:00 pm.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage front-line manufacturing employees in a safety-first culture
· Ensure operational alignment with production plan and communicates priorities, project status and metrics to their team
· Work on cross-functional projects / teams to improve metrics, safety, shop efficiency, and delivery for the business
· Analyze data to identify issues or areas for improvement
· Facilitate and motivate the hourly workforce by setting clear expectations on production output, EHS compliance, and quality workmanship of assigned job allocations
· Investigate and owns improvement efforts to address production constraints
· Develop new solutions under guidance and/ or in a team setting
· Encourage an environment of continuous improvement and team member development
· Ensure fair and consistent application of company and departmental policies and practices
· This is a 2nd shift team lead position; therefore a night shift bonus will be included.
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years supervisory experience)
· Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience

· Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college and a minimum of 2 years direct supervisory experience (any industry) or 4 years manufacturing experience with a minimum of 3 of those years in direct supervisory role
