Role Summary/Purpose

Determine and minimize the company's worldwide tax liability with the highest integrity while complying with worldwide tax laws. Execute routine daily deliverables related to federal and local direct and indirect taxes including tax and accounting calculations, return preparation and filing. Gather documentation within defined timelines. Assist team with data requests. Perform timely resolution of all tax cases.
Essential Responsibilities

· Assist
in the analysis of tax documents for accuracy using thorough and in-depth
knowledge of tax regulations
· Gather information to prepare federal and local direct tax and indirect tax calculations and prepare and file the corresponding tax returns
· Calculation
and booking of deferred income taxes
· Preparation of tax account reconciliations (direct and indirect taxes)
· Apply comprehensive accounting knowledge to effectively analyze tax reports to determine and communicate the impact of applicable taxes (domestic, foreign, deferred)
· Ensure the adequacy of the business' tax reporting process by evaluating relevant policies and procedures for efficiency and transparency
· Resolve day to day tax questions
· Gather necessary legal documents to support tax transactions
· Collaborate with Finance and business Operations teams
Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Finance).
