Role Summary/Purpose
The Flexible Pipe Systems (FPS) Rest of World (RoW) Supply Chain Finance Analyst will play a key role in driving execution excellence with specific focus on Production (Planning, Adherence to plan, Execution excellence, capex investment), Material management (Physical Inventory, Obsolescence, FIFO analysis) and Supply Chain functional cost (Functional cost analysis, cost out initiatives, cost accumulation and OCPH liquidation).
Essential Responsibilities
Some of the key tasks/activities, will include:
• Support the Manufacturing leader to prepare monthly functional cost review, by providing meaningful analysis on functional costs and by driving cost out ideas
• Be the Finance point of contact for Productivity, Cost Out and Execution excellence. Drive site execution and validation of project decks
• Manage P&E deck to ensure efficient capital allocation (ROI analysis, payback, what if scenarios) and to ensure compliance to GAP and adherence to OFE approval process
• Drive annual physical inventory for the site
• Support the material management team in managing & mitigating Obsolescence, Physical Inventory and FIFO accrual
• Ensure correct direct cost liquidation to projects to drive revenue recognition (hours vouchering to projects, direct material, ancillaries, etc)
• Support the RoW Manufacturing leader in preparing and driving weekly QMIs, Monthly supply chain reviews, MRP, OP
• Ensure correctly application of the GAP and drive rigorous controllership mind-set in the Supply Chain organization
• Engage with OFE supply chain finance team to drive process and metrics consistency and leverage best practices
• The role will report solid to the OFE Supply Chain Finance Leader and dotted to the FPS CFO
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• Strong analytical ability & leadership skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Independent self-starter
• PC proficiency (including Microsoft Office)
• Solid finance experience
• Solid interpersonal and leadership skills
• EU Work Permit
