Participate in the shift management of the molding, and fully cover the molding production (the day shift supervisor manages the daily mold management, and the shift supervisor covers the middle and night shifts), ensuring the stability of the safety and quality of the molding

资质要求 Qualification requirements

·  工作经验:工作经验:3年以上叶片相关工作,5年以上管理工作经验Work experience: more than 3 years of blade-related work, more than 5 years of management experience
·  技能要求:熟悉叶片制作工艺流程,有叶片相关技能Skill requirements: Familiar with the blade manufacturing process and have blade-related skills

安全 Safety

·  安全KPI按照计划达成:明确各项KPI指标,达成如ATS关闭率,安全建议、STOP WORK、GB等指标,对相应的安全数据进行分析;

Safety KPIs are achieved as planned: various KPI indicators are clearly defined, and targets such as ATS closure rate, safety recommendations, STOP WORK, GB, etc., and corresponding safety data are analyzed.

·  每月和安全部门进行一次安全相关沟通,安全问题及时沟通,积极与各部门沟通高风险作业,共同探讨解决方案;

Conduct safety-related communications with the safety department once a month, communicate safety issues in a timely manner, actively communicate high-risk operations with various departments, and jointly explore solutions.

·  安全培训,根据员工的岗位特点和安全需求,制定月度安全培训计划,培训内容涵盖安全操作规程、应急处理方法、新设备安全使用等。每月组织一次安全检查,针对发现的问题制定详细的改善方案,明确责任人和整改期限,并跟踪整改效果;

Safety training: formulate monthly safety training plans based on the job characteristics and safety needs of employees. The training content covers safe operating procedures, emergency response methods, safe use of new equipment, etc. Organize a safety inspection every month, formulate detailed improvement plans for the problems found, clarify the responsible persons and rectification deadlines, and track the rectification results.

·  针对新增加设备:工装工具第一时间与安全沟通共同探讨使用方案并培训;

质量 Quality

·  质量KPI按照计划达成:每月对质量数据进行分析,找出影响质量的关键因素,制定改进措施;

·  缺陷改善:每月选取一个主要的质量缺陷问题,成立专项改善小组。小组成员包括生产、质量、工艺等相关部门人员,通过鱼骨图方法分析问题产生的原因,制定并实施改进方案。对改进效果进行跟踪评估,确保问题得到有效解决;

Defect improvement: Select a major quality defect problem every month and set up a special improvement team. The team members include personnel from relevant departments such as production, quality, and process. Use the fishbone diagram method to analyze the cause of the problem, formulate and implement improvement plans, and track and evaluate the improvement effect to ensure that the problem is effectively solved.

·  为爬坡稳定,制定详细的爬坡计划,明确各个阶段的CT时间和工作节点,为增加产能做储备;

·  班组排配,对班组人员进行技能评估,根据员工的技能水平和工作效率进行合理排配,充分利用人力资源,提高生产效率。定期对班组排配方案进行评估和调整,确保其合理性和有效性;

Team allocation: conduct skill assessment on team members, reasonably allocate them according to their skill level and work efficiency, make full use of human resources and improve production efficiency. Regularly evaluate and adjust the team allocation plan to ensure its rationality and effectiveness.

·  针对新员工制定培训计划。

Develop training programs for new employees.

·  提升效率,对生产流程进行优化,消除不必要的工序和操作,缩短A2生产周期CT降低至48小时以下

Improve efficiency, optimize production processes, eliminate unnecessary processes and operations, and shorten A2 production cycle (reducing CT to less than 48 hours)

成本 Cost

·  控制原材料成本,在保证质量的前提下通过优化作业流程,员工做该项项目等方案降低成本,目标下降2%;

Control the cost of raw materials and reduce costs by optimizing the operation process and having employees do this project while ensuring quality, with the goal of reducing costs by 2%;

·  辅料成本节约,建立实名领用激励机制,对在成本节约方面表现突出的员工进行奖励,鼓励员工进行节约,定期对成本节约成果进行评估和公示,激发员工参与成本节约的积极性,目标下降2%。
