Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities
• Preparing and adopting Sales and Marketing presentations and other commercial tools to communicate progress, share best practices, or to provide updates.
• Taking part in creating and updating our markeing database, benchmark researches, cross-reference tables
• Supporting the Marketing Manager in marketing administration
• Supporting in planning and organizing events and trade fairs
• Act as a liaison to the other teams and functions within the business to find and bring in appropriate resources to help as needed during the sales process
• Work with Marketing functions to develop project specific sales strategies for assigned customers and products and identify recommendations for continued growth
• Maintain knowledge of market trends, customer requirements, competitor actions, customer and project base
Desired profile
Qualifications/Requirements
· University undergraduate (2-4 year students), preferably in economics, marketing or engineering/science
· Ability to work at least 25 hours per week
· PC proficiency – Excel (pivot tables), PowerPoint, Word
· Team player – ability to create and maintain relationships with internal and external partners
· Strong analytical skills – able to analyze a big amount of data
· Proactive and fast learner
· Accurate and detailed oriented
· Fluent Russian, English – Upper-intermediate
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Eligible to work in Russia
Desired Characteristics
- Knowledge on Aviation area or deep interest in Aviation industry would be a plus
