Role Summary/Purpose

Lead the technical implementation of strategic products within the Record to Report DT team with a focus on the Enterprise Guardian. Partner with data architects, Predix experts, and full stack developers to deliver on core product features. Collaborate with Product Managers, customer outcome leads and Finance leaders from across the company to develop a horizontal, company-wide product to enable automation and predictive analytics around the finance close process.
Essential Responsibilities

Initial focus will be on building the Enterprise Guardian product in partnership with DT and Finance leaders. Lead a virtual team or architects and developers.

·  Develop a core understanding of the finance close process and pain points in concert with a deep expertise on Predix services and analytics.

·  Develop a plan and implement Predix services and analytics which drive towards the vision of a touchless close process within the Enterprise Guardian

·  Collaborate with the product team to develop the long-term roadmap, including horizontal expansion across the Company

·  Interact with customers/stakeholders in VOC requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback

·  Work with cross-functional teams to deliver features and products

·  Collaborate with UX Design to know customers and understand behaviors

·  Conduct customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborate on personas

·  Collaborate with PM for the release and sprint backlogs short-term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases

·  Prioritize continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs

·  Collaborate with Product Managers/TPMs to decompose features into consumable user stories

·  Engage frequently with the development team; facilitate discussions, provide clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contribute to design activities and decisions

·  Translate unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories & work unit

·  Apply Agile Methodology
Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)

·  A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital technology/product management OR at least 2 years of experience in an accelerated program in a technical field
