Role Summary/Purpose

GeonX (a GE Additive Company) is seeking a Simulation Engineer with strong skills in using Finite Element Software and willing to evolve in an international environment on a very large variety of industrial applications.
Essential Responsibilities

·  In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
·  Provide specialized technical consulting in advanced manufacturing processes simulation (welding, additive manufacturing, heat treatment)
·  Be in close contact with our customers
·  Proactively identify customer requirements and provide innovative technical solutions
·  Help the development team with new innovative numerical and modelling methodologies
Qualifications/Requirements

·  If you are ambitious, a real team player with excellent technical skills and wish to join a success story, this may be the place for you
·  The ideal candidate should moreover fulfill the following requirements:
·  BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering
·  Good command of Finite Element simulation software
·  Good command of Linux and Windows operating systems
·  Good communication and analytical skills
·  Good command of English
·  Open to travel worldwide
