Role Summary/Purpose

The Sr Product Security Analyst will be a key member of the Commercial Enablement and External Affairs team, supporting customer-focused product security programs, customer product and service security inquiries, and GEHC engagement in medical device industry groups working on elevating industry security practices. The focus will be on implementation and execution of practices and processes to support customers in managing cyber security related to medical devices.
Essential Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

·  Learn and develop expertise in GEHC product and service security programs.

·  Support mechanisms to provide customers and commercial teams key information on product and/or service security capabilities, via technical documentation and discussion.

·  Support negotiation of security terms within customer contracts, based on program principles.

·  Support key customer engagements focused on improving collaborative risk management processes.

·  Provide back-up engagement in industry groups, engaging in projects to elevate med tech cyber security practices at the industry-level.

·  Learn and understand implications of regulations and regulatory guidance on industry and GEHC product security programs.

·  Work with internal stakeholders including product engineering, Service, RA, Legal, and others in addressing commercial needs and developing solutions for gaps in business processes to support customer needs.
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor’s Degree in one of “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), or Information Technology

·  A minimum of 5 years professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years professional experience in Healthcare technology, services, compliance, or information technology.

·  Master’s degree in Business, Sciences or Information Technology

·  Prior experience working in a matrix environment

·  Prior experience doing Lean or Six Sigma Process improvement work

·  Prior experience working on developing and leading strategy definition

·  Prior experience managing IT operations and support

·  Capable contemporary leader with extensive team working abilities

·  CISSP/CISM/CISA certification
