Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

·  Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs. Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements.
·  Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline. Serves as best practice/quality resource. Has awareness of latest technical developments in own area. Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.
·  Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
·  Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.
·  Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.

Required Qualifications

·  Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain Operations
·  10+ years of manufacturing experience
·  1+ years of experience in 5S / Lean Manufacturing
·  4+ years of proven direct supervision and management experience (Production and Manufacturing)
·  Leadership skills with strong observation, analytical, reasoning and business acumen
·  Ability to adapt to competing priorities in a high pressure and changing environment

Eligibility Requirement

·  Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future
·  This position is 100% onsite at the GE Vernova Greenville, SC plant

Desired Characteristics

·  Master's degree in Business Management or Supply Chain

Pay Transparency

The starting base pay range for this position is $103,100.00 - 137,400.00.  The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 15% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. ​ This posting is expected to close on March 18, 2025, or thereafter.

*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
