Essential Responsibilities

·  Report to Plasma Lead Mechanic/ Component Repair Cell Leader 
·  Work with SPO to standardise and improve process 
·  Mask components prior to Shot Peen 
·  Operate CNC/PLC Shot Peen Machines 
·  Program CNC/PLC Shot Peen Machines 
·  Develop Saturation Curves/Process Parameters

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Flexible with the ability to adapt quickly to a challenging and changing environment 
·  Knowledge of operating PLC/CNC machines would be an advantage but not essential 
·  Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative when required 
·  Previous experience of shot peening would be an advantage but not essential 
·  Awareness of production requirements within Frames & Component Repair
