Required Qualifications:

Meet all level 1 qualifications, skills, and responsibilities in accordance with job description, PPR, and skills matrix for department

Actively participate in a team environment that uses lean and 5S practices to improve products and processes

Required Skills :

· 
Proficient verbal and written communication skills

· 
Proficient ERP skills

· 
Basic computer skills (Maximo, Bartender)

Essential Functions & Responsibilities (definition of job):

· 
Proficient in all areas of packaging with minimal supervision

· 
Process pack slips by carrier and customer

· 
Pass annual eye exam specific to job title

· 
Cross train within department

· 
Support manufacturing operations across departments and product lines, being flexible as needed.

· 
Train less experienced team members

· 
Perform other duties as assigned

Basic lean principles
