Role Summary/Purpose

The Control Solutions North American Services group has an immediate opening for an experienced scheduling professional for the role of Service Coordinator.
Essential Responsibilities

In the role of Services Order Fulfillment Coordinator, you will:

·  Managing inventory of, and scheduling calibration for, the departments specialized test equipment.

·  Coordinates ServiceMax scheduling and updating the SmartSheet Risk Tracker

·  Management of fleet vehicles.

·  Coordinates DISA Drug & Alcohol / DISA Background Checks for the field team.

·  eDocument Management

·  Coordinates access to site mobilization packages (SMPs)

·  Fosters active daily use of continuous improvement tools to improve HS&E, quality, delivery, financial performance, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction

·  Handles special projects as assigned, which will be broad in nature, requiring originality and ingenuity

·  Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes health, safety and environmental policies, legal compliance requirements and Baker Hughes core values"
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Associates Degree from an accredited college or university

·  Minimum 3 years of experience in Services Administration and management

Eligibility Requirements:

·  Work overtime, weekends and holidays, as required

·  Work in a constant pushing, pulling, lifting, stretching, bending and other physical activities

·  Be in the shop environment a minimum of 8 hours per day, primarily standing and sitting, as required

·  Lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

·  Be subjected to extreme heat for extended periods of time

·  Good understanding of current Services procedures

·  SalesForce and ServiceMax knowledge and experience

·  SAP knowledge and experience

·  Exceptional analytical, project management, facilitation, and customer service skill

·  Excellent ability to communicate with internal & external customers and suppliers

·  Energetic self-starter with excellent communication, organization, problem solving, and planning skills

·  Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
