Role Summary/Purpose

The Service Administrator will have the responsibility of ensuring that probes and instruments returned to the Shannon site for service or repair are correctly entered onto the SAP system, are allocated to the correct engineering or production team and the progress of the work is communicated to the customer or customer care representative (CCR).
Essential Responsibilities

The candidate will also be required to perform pre-delivery inspection of parts prior to shipping to ensure parts and documentation are appropriate for the order.
• Dealing with CCRs to ensure correct order entry
• Receiving of goods into SAP system
• Interpretation of case notes and allocation to correct team
• Working with engineering and manufacturing staff to create repair cost estimates
• Providing updates to customer care and service teams on status of material once in process
• Final quality checks prior to shipping
• Preparation of certificates and documentation
• Preparation of shipments

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel
• Ability to manage own workload
• Administration skills
