Role Summary/Purpose

The SAP Solution Architect –Fulfilment will integrate the SAP Design COE, reporting to the Fulfilment Management Design leader and will be responsible for leading process and system design for the Process Areas. In this role she/he will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization. In this role she/he supports the effort to implement the SAP ECC 6 ERP strategy for the Gas Power, Steam and Service businesses in partnership with the Operation and IT team.

Essential Responsibilities

The SAP Staff Solution Architect – Fulfillment Management will:

·  Partner with Process Excellence and Finance teams to Transform the business via process simplification
·  Design global template for the business processes and manage the integrity by acting as a gatekeeper for the global template
·  Effectively engage subject matter experts from the business functions and translate their needs to solutions with high impact to business and/or its customers
·  Assist the product line Functional leads on processes, SAP transactions and other aspects of the implementation
·  Support Data Migration / Cut-over activities, as required
·  Lead the key deployment activities like Blueprint, Conference Room Pilot etc.
·  Proactive issues management and project risks resolution
·  Support, advise, assist, guide, and resolve problems for business partners and program team members
·  Ensure conformance to system architecture, standards, and practices
·  Act as a change agent for business processes, partner with operation and IT to drive business process re-engineering for the simple and complex order types of the business to create global standard and world-class processes in the areas of sourcing, procurement, transportation, logistics and supplier quality
·  Stay current with enabling technologies and work as a partner to promote their use

·  Significant work experience with information technology, with a focus on Production Planning & Execution in SAP
·  Experience implementing ERP solutions in tax complex countries
·  Strong oral (leading large meetings/conference-calls, leading and moderating solution workshop) and written (deliverables) communication skills
·  Global ERP rollout experience
·  Experience with other SAP ECC 6.0 modules (e.g. SD, MM, PS)
·  Experience working with globally distributed teams and working with multi-cultural environment
·  Ability to quickly identify and analyze technical risks & impacts, define alternatives to remove technical roadblocks
·  Ability to manage multiple deliverables independently in a fast paced ecosystem
·  Strong prioritization skills and the ability to multi-task efficiently on parallel efforts
·  Ability to bridge communication between technical areas and business areas for a full and complete understanding of expectations

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in Business Administration or IT
·  At least 3 years work experience within Fulfillment Management operations along with a SAP deployment role (e.g. key-user) or within IT as Business Analyst / Functional Consultant for SAP APO/PP/MES)
·  Ability and willingness to travel 40% of the time, as required
