Essential Responsibilities
• Responsible for logical and physical data models/requirements, data governance requirements, data quality assurance and cleansing, metadata management, big data storage architecture, and data staging, structuring and migration.
• Responsible for master data for customer data, product data, order data, install base data, invoice data, across Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP, and various other enterprise systems such as SiteCore, Hybris, Marketo. Ensure alignment of data structure and data integrity.
• Support project manager and program manager to maintain data stewardship and data governance process. Work with business functional owners to ensure process is well defined and followed in order to achieve high level of data quality in that data is unique, complete and accurate.
• Transforms data into easy to consume business intelligence through metric dashboard displays and adhoc reporting analysis. Leverages data solutions to provide key business insight, highlight actionable outcomes and support better business decision making.
• Designs a complete data architecture. Given an endpoint, traces each data element back to its source and understands the various transformations and data federation choices made therein.

• Experience of implementing contemporary commercial applications such as Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP,
• Outstanding communication in English working in a global English speaking environment,
• Strong relationship builder – ability to influence, collaborate and communicate with IT colleagues and business functional process owners,
• Able to integrate domain data knowledge into development of data requirements,
• Looks across multiple systems, understands the purpose of each system and defines data requirements by systems,
• BS Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent in knowledge/experience),
• Expertise in multiple ETL tools,
• Identifies downstream implications of data loads/migration (e.g., data quality),
• Expertise in at least one data modality (e.g., text, numeric, image), conversant in more than one,
• Actively identifies proper methods and works with team to utilize as necessary,
• Identifies and implements cleansing rules to correct advanced data quality issues,
• Determines algorithms needed to detect data errors and develops and applies methods for data quality assessment,
• Strong focus on business process and driving business transformation across a multi-functional environment,
• Ability to learn complex systems and business processes and define requirements for solutions,
• Understanding of contemporary IT & digital technologies and how to apply them,
• Ability to interface and influence business stakeholders and technical centre of excellence,
