Role Overview

The Ideal Candidate
· Support LEAP-1A&1B ICA (Instruction of Continue Airworthiness) mature, review and update manual content based on engineering input, comparison analysis and fleet input
· Own product support engineer responsibly of LEAP-1A&1B engine externals hardware:
· Hardware continue improvement support, participate engineering and program review and provide technical input from field operation and other technical perspective
· Deliver ICA update for design changes
· Manage field issues, support root cause investigation, and develop management plan.
· Answer customer technical inquires.
· Support LEAP-1A &1B fleet reliability continue improvement, significant events and complicated fleet issues investigation.
· Support regional customer technical communication and EIS related product support, ensure customer EIS smooth and successful
· Prepare and present technical information and recommendations to internal and external customers
· Participate on cross-functional teams to address specific organizational technical initiatives
Required Qualifications
· Fluent in Mandarin and English
· Bachelor’s degree or plus in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university
· 3 years of experience in engineering position
Preferred Qualifications
· 3+ years of experience in aircraft engine hardware design, analysis, testing or integration is highly desirable
· Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
· Ability to plan, execute and document programs with process orientation approach
· Strong technical aptitude, including applicable engineering tools and systems
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
· Strong teamwork skills or experience in a teaming environment
· Ability to work independently, especially under tight deadlines
· Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
