Roles and Responsibilities:
The Quality Assurance Technician performs product inspection of finished products, assemblies and compounds for good manufacturing practices (GMP) to verify product meets specifications and are free of damage or defects.
Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions Include:
· Receiving parts and inspect, move them to stock room or reject them in quarantine area
· Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and support corrective actions
· Inspect, test, or measure materials, products, installations and work for conformance to specifications
· Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products, and recommend necessary corrective actions
· Verify conformance to specifications and protocols and report outcomes
· Mark items with details such as grade and acceptance or rejection status
· Comply with EHS regulations & policies
· Generate, review and approve defects on eDMS/NCMR according with inspections

Quality Expectations:
· Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
· Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and support corrective actions
Required Qualifications:
·
1st Shift: 6am-2:30pm/ 7am -3:30pm
· High School diploma/GED
· At least 6 months of working experience in Manufacturing and/or 6 months education experience (internships)
· Microsoft Office knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
· SAP Knowledge
· Technical / Associate Degree
· Six Sigma Green Belt certified
· 1 year of relevant experience in quality and/or inspection
The pay for this position is $23/hr. This posting is expected to remain open until at least April 25, 2025, and close when a suitable candidate is identified.
