The Quality & Safety Specialist provides mainly administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Quality & Safety department. This role supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The Quality & Safety Specialist is responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material and must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

·  Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, incl. input preparation coordination
·  Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
·  Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
·  Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
·  Provide general support to visitors
·  Perform various ad hoc task according to Quality & Safety Leaders‘ instruction

Required Qualifications

·  English language (B2/C1)
·  Czech or Slovak language (C2)
·  Min. Bachelor´s degree
·  Min. 1 years of experience in similar role, ideally with frequent interaction to Senior Leadership
·  Ability to set firm but realistic deadlines
·  Exceptional documentation and communication skills
·  Developed organizational skills
·  Punctuality and orientation to detail
·  Ability to meet deadlines
