The Purchased Services Buyer will take care of activities needed to support the GE AVIO Purchased Services Team.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

· 
Contact Suppliers to request contractual documentation signed

· 
Follow-up with the team involved in workflow creation for Suppliers onboarding

· 
Interface with Internal Customers to collect requirements

· 
RfQ (Request for Quotation) preparation and follow-up

· 
Negotiation support

· 
Purchase orders creation

Qualifications / Requirements

· 
High school education or Bachelor's degree

· 
IT basic skills (e-mail, Office, Acrobat)

· 
Fluent Italian and good English knowledge, both spoken and written

· 
Precision, order

· 
Working in team

· 
Autonomy in performing routine recurring activities

· 
Good interpersonal skills

· 
Good oral and written communication skills

· 
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
