The primary focus of this role is financial lead turn key Projects Finance management portfolio .
Responsible for drive optimal performance (safety, quality, delivery and cost) through profitability and cash KPI’s along with the Project execution team. Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.

Roles and Responsibilities

·  Site strategy and execution of projects finance activities, coordinating planning, forecasting, and closing activities.
·  P&L and balance sheet activities for projects portfolio, including projects deferred charges, progress collections accounts, contractual VAT’s, inventory, estimate cost accrual, cost of good sold and structural costs.
·  Developing specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field.
·  Serves as best practice/quality resource.
·  Has awareness of latest functional developments in own area.
·  Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensures delivery within area of responsibility.
·  Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others.
·  Be situational leader of a diversity team and acts as contact point for Operational & Finance team.
·  Lead complex projects with high risks and resource requirements.
·  Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus.
·  Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.
·  Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team.
·  Working within broad guidelines and policies, roles at this level have moderate autonomy, requiring high levels of evaluative judgment.
·  Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems that impact the function.

Required Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics or engineering from an accredited university or college
·  Solid and progressive financial work experience.
·  Solid experience in projects financial execution.
·  Advanced english knowledge;
