Role Summary/Purpose:

To support PQE on preparing Quality Folders as per Client Contract Requirements and finalize the contract requirements for getting payment of the projects

Essential General Responsibilities:

To support Project Quality Engineer on;

·  To follows the quality requirements as per contractual requirements at site and supplier
·  Preparation of ITPs and QWPs with the reference of contract
·  collecting the manufacturing quality records and preparation before client submission
·  To Follows the client submitted quality documents with PQE, if any comment, make necessary revision before client.
·  To follows the Supply chain for calling Client on the specific points as per contractual requirements
·  To follows the Project Non conformity reports, support PQE to get the replies from Engineering or responsible to finalize the issue
·  replying of technical information form the technical part of contract
·  Office Quality Assurance system requirement
·  available Site Quality documentations as Welding book, Calibration certificates and etc.

Essential Specific Responsibilities:

·  Good in time-management
·  Accountable and knows responsibilities

Qualifications / Requirements:

Engineering Faculty - Mechanical, Metallurgical an Industrial Engineering will be preferable

Experience on Manufacturing of steel constructions, will be preferable

Business understanding

Hydro experience is preferable but will be intern

Desired Characteristics:

·  Good in using Office Programs
·  English should be in good level for technical reading and writing
·  Quality Documents knowledge is preferred
·  Good in relationship and communication
