Role Summary/Purpose

The Project Finance Controller ensures within the project team the administrative and financial follow-up of
the project , from the signature of the contract till contract closure . The Project Finance Controller
supports the Project Manager in budget follow-up, in the respect of GE rules and procedures.
Essential Responsibilities

1.Project Finance Controller is responsible for Accounting & Controlling of Project under his
responsibility
2.Coordinate Issuance of BG , Hedging required from time to time for execution of project .
3.Coordinate & Prepare for Project & Risk reviews along with Project Manager
4.SAP Formalities for Accounting - Creation of WBS/ Project Code, CCIP contract, sales order,
Customer Code in MDM
5.Coordinate with I2C for Timely Invoicing, verification of Invoicing and signing.
6.Maintain Debtors for project and coordinate reconciliation with customer
7.Ensure Compliance to GE policies
8.Providing required information/data to Auditors and resolving their queries
a)Limited Reviews /Statutory Audits
b) Internal audit /internal control
c) CAS Audits
d) Sox Audits
9.Support Project team for commercial issues related to Project .
10. Interaction with Customer for various commercial issues and its resolution .
Qualifications/Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
•Education / Experience
CA/ICWA
Minimum Experience of 2 to 5 years in Financial/Project control (Preferred)
•Specific knowledge
Fluent English
Good Knowledge of SAP (Preferred)
•Business understanding : Projects
•Specifications : Ability to work in multi cultural environment
