Job Description Summary

The Test Supervisor will be responsible for a team of Test and Cyber Technicians and will ensure Safe and high-quality operations while maintaining business delivery and revenue expectations. This is an onsite role based in the Longmont, Colorado - Controls Solutions and Services Site.

Roles and Responsibilities

·  Supervise and lead a team of Test and Cyber Technicians
·  Foster a Safety and Quality culture within the workshop. Ensure Stop Work mentality.
·  Get to Gemba and monitor the work areas ‘Hazard Hunts’ and documentation of same in Gen Suite.
·  Manage Shop Schedule
·  Approve and manage team overtime.
·  Adopt a Lean mindset and culture.
·  Engaging in Lean initiatives and AWO (Action Work Out) as part of continuous improvement
·  Reviewing employee performance to determine whether they are meeting standards or making improvements needed to meet standards.
·  Ensure all equipment & tooling used by your team is certified and fit for purpose, reporting any defects.
·  Manage internal and external craft personnel, ensuring compliance to company Safety & Quality processes, procedures and Health & Safety legislation.
·  Ensure adequate and appropriate/efficient use of Material, Tooling & Resources.
·  Work cross functionally with Planners, PMs, Quality, and Engineers to deliver customer orders on time.

Required Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s degree and 2 years in manufacturing, production or technical discipline OR High school diploma with 6 years in manufacturing/production environment.

 

Desired Characteristics

·  Experience in controls, electrical and mechanical assembly.
·  Cyber security awareness.
·  Lean experience or knowledge.
·  SAP experience.
·  Good safety mindset and awareness.
·  Project Management skills.

 

Pay Transparency

The base pay range for this position is $89,900.00 - $120,100.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for 10 % variable incentive compensation.

*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
