Role Summary/Purpose

Support and stabilize RIP (Resin Impregnated Paper) industrial process for AC & DC bushings up to 800 kV.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Taking over RIP know-how and methodology to improve processes

·  Develop and adjust the current resin formulation for the RIP bushings in order avoid/replace Bisphenol as filling component

·  Supervise Mixing & Dosing and Vacuum autoclaves Equipments

·  Setup Methodology of RIP Production Process and improvements in partnership with R&D and Engineering

·  Support the implementation of permanent Process Parameter & recording, Test Reports/Control

·  Draw up technical documentation and operative instruction for the whole RIP process and support quality

·  Supevise and train to RIP process & production relevant workshop people

·  Stabilize and minimize the scrap rate related to RIP process & production
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Master's degree in Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent knowledge or work experience

·  Minimum 2 years experience in process epoxy resin plant

·  Experience in resin impregnated paper technology would be a plus

·  Installation and/or Commissioning supervisor and/or Repair & Maintenance of Sophisticated Equipment

·  Fluent in Italian and English language. German would be a plus

·  EU Work Permit
