Role Summary/Purpose

Leading work within the Digital Technology (DT) Global Functions organization related to GE business divestitures. This will required strong coordination across DT teams and functional partners. This role will be responsible for Separation work, TSA development and management, and TSA closure for the various GE divesting entities for the DT Global Functions organization.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Lead Separation and Day 1 readiness for Global Function applications for all deals

·  Own TSA development, costing and execution for Global Function TSAs for all deals

·  Manage Wind Down activities for DT Global Functions organization for each NewCo

·  Identify, mitigate, and escalate any Global Function deals or RemainCo related risks for all deals

·  Establish plan for Global Function programs, as they pertain to separating entities, and coordinate that plan with the program leaders

·  Support any general separation activities for the DT Global Functions organization

·  Leverage deep technology, process and domain expertise to drive execution

·  Define SMO execution standards and processes to be followed for Global Functions within the framework established by the DT Separation Management Office.

·  Collaborate with functional owners(s), project technical team(s), project managers within program and interdependencies teams.
Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)

·  A minimum of 3 years of professional product management and/or software industry experience

Eligibility Requirements:

·  Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job

·  Must be willing to work in Connecticut
Desired Characteristics

·  3+ years’ experience with Program and/or Project Management, driving cross-functional engagement and benefits

·  3+ years’ experience with GE Global Functions applications, integrations and interdependencies

·  Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Business Development activities through active management of parts of an acquisition or divestiture

·  3+ years’ experience with P&L financials, assessment models and financial management of IT/DT budgets

·  Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or Engineering or equivalent years of experience

·  Strong negotiation skills

·  Process focused with clear thinking abilities

·  Influencing skills

·  Ability to prioritize and make trade-offs between competing priorities

·  Ability to work well with team members from multiple functions

·  6 Sigma / Quality certification
