Job Description Summary
The Preboarding Services Administrator supports GE Aerospace functions within the preboarding space. This role is focused on facilitating efficient onboarding, tracking new hires process and aiding in the completion of all onboarding requirements. Additionally, this role responds and solves to process queries from employees, managers and HRM’s in a timely and professional manner according to established standards, expectations and metrics.
Job Description
· Serving as point of contact in preboarding support and services in a fast paced environment.
· Manages day to day support for preboarding related service tickets, processes, transactions, escalations and program/event support (including offer letters, employment agreements, background checks, drug screen and other preboarding documentation and processes).
· Continuous communication to Preboarding Specialists to ensure positive hire, ensuring new hire has a warm welcome into GE Aerospace.
· Operate within the compliance guidelines while maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
· Must be available to work US working hours
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources).
· Bilingual English speaker, fluent at a business level.
Desired Characteristics:
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
· Ability to prioritize and multitask in a high demand environment.
· Experience in HRIS systems, Workday preferred.
· Demonstrated skill in judgement to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems
· Experience in customer service delivery.
