Job Description Summary
We’re looking for a People Operations Intern who shares our passion for delivering the highest level of client service to thrive in our team-oriented culture. The People Operations Intern will provide day-to-day support to the People Operations team to ensure a great execution in our end-to-end HR process from the hire until the retire. This internship is designed to be educational and practical. In this position, the intern will learn how to take skills may have acquired in school related to areas of interest and apply them in a professional setting.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
· Support in preparing and storage employee files for new hires.
· Complete processes in site related to the documentation and digitization of the Remuneration Book.
· Support for process required to complete with local authorities in Chile.
· Digitization and updating documents of the employee file during the lifecycle (contracts, annexes, vacations, extra hours agreements, etc).
· Support in preparing the termination documentation (signature of a Legal Representative) and connected with the local notary or lawyer.
· Support for file documentation requirements for audits.
· Support in filling out documents that require the signature of a notarized Legal Representative.
· Provide a response, follow up and a good service experience to our employees using our system to assist them in topics related to operations of Human Resources
· Ensure complete some transactions required in the On Boarding, Off Boarding and Employee Lifecycle connected with Workday
· Support requirements from local institutions in the country to ensure a good operation with our HR Processes in People Operations
Required Qualifications
· Candidate must be a student currently enrolled in Administrative, Human Resources or related careers with at least 3 years to graduate.
· Availability to work in a hybrid work scheme
· Strong process execution
· Fluent in English language
· Demonstrated analytic skills, excellent in quantitative analysis
· Experience with MS Office package, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
