Role Summary/Purpose

Responsible for managing processes during life cycle of a Lease and or a Loan for HEF business
including processing end of term financial adjustments, upgrades, renewals and dispositions.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Process financial adjustment requests from Asset Management and ITO teams

·  Work with cross functional teams to rebook, restructure in-term leases and loans

·  Invoice on Demand on an Ad hoc basis

·  Billing corrections like address, DBA, asset and collateral codes

·  Support customer and internal audits with bill of sales and pay histories, Amortization
schedules

·  Process full and partial dispositions

·  Process ends of term requests from capital markets

Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

·  Bachelor’s degree or a High School diploma/GED and a minimum of 3 years' experience in
financial services, banking, general accounting or taxes.

·  PC proficiency (Microsoft Suite, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) or
comparable software application.

Desired Characteristics

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting

·  Financial Services industry experience

·  Accounting knowledge

·  Experience with leases and loans

·  Understanding of US GAAP & Finance

·  Understanding of Order To Remittance requirements covering HEF/IFS

·  Knowledge of the HEF / IFS business, products, services and systems

·  Language skills

·  Proficient in Microsoft Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

·  Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·  Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

·  Strong problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

·  Ability to work under pressure.

·  Presentation skills

·  Self-motivated and resourceful.
