Role Summary/Purpose
Role Summary/Purpose :
The Account Manager builds and maintains relationship with external customers while providing complex product solutions and services. This Account Manager will be partnering with Commercial CoE Inside Sales Leadership to create standard operating procedures, outcome reporting and collaborating on communication to internal GE Healthcare stakeholders.
Essential Responsibilities
· Initiate, build and maintain relationships with customers by providing complex product solutions and services
· Own full-cycle of customer relationship and interactions including Inquiry to Order (ITO) and Order to Remittance (OTR)
· Promote the GE Healthcare products and services for business partners via phone, email and other channels as required
· Plan promotional strategies and events with customers
· Negotiate stock and project pricing with customers
· Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
· Register all relevant information captured during customer interactions in CRM tools
· Handle customers’ incoming requests, provide necessary support and provide proposals based on customer specified information
· Understand and fulfill all regulations of the internal policies of the company
· Support the West region
Qualifications/Requirements
· Associates Degree and/or 2+ years of previous sales/commercial experience
· Previous customer relationship management experience
· Effective and professional verbal and written communication – both with internal and external customers
· Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate simple messages
· Ability to work in a team or individually if required
· Proficient end-user IT skills including MS Office and Outlook
Desired Characteristics
· Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of commercial experience
· Previous experience in sales or similar commercial role
· Proven account management and project planning skills
· Result-oriented personality and capability to overcome obstacles
· Knowledge/experience with GE Healthcare portfolio
· Desired remote work location are the following states in the West region: Colorado, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Nevada, California, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, New Mexico, Utah
