Job Description Summary

As a key member of the global sales operations team, the Sales Operations role will support and enable the sales organization through data-driven insights, efficient sales processes, and effective performance management. This position will work closely with the sales team, cross-functional partners, and leadership to improve sales performance, optimize funnel hygiene, and build impactful dashboards to visualize key sales metrics.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

· 
Manage data analytics and reporting processes to support sales strategies and decision-making.

· 
Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize key sales performance metrics and track sales health.

· 
Drive funnel hygiene management and ensure sales teams are following best practices for pipeline management.

· 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to ensure alignment on sales targets and initiatives.

· 
Provide ongoing sales process improvement recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

· 
Partner with sales leadership to communicate performance trends, provide insights based on data and suggest areas for improvement.

· 
Ensure consistent use and optimization of Salesforce CRM across the sales organization.

· 
Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed to address business needs and questions.

Required Qualifications:

· 
Able to legally work in Mexico. This position can work remotely within Mexico.

· 
Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.

· 
Bachelor Degree from accredited university or college plus minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales Operations or similar role, preferably in a software or technology environment.

· 
Strong experience with Salesforce CRM, Tableau, and Excel (advanced level).

· 
Proven track record in data analytics, reporting, and building dashboards in Tableau.

· 
Familiarity with sales pipeline management and funnel hygiene best practices.
