Job Description Summary
The Performance Testing Lead Operations Engineer role will be responsible for leading all internal OTR operational activities in support of Gas Power Engineering Performance Testing Services globally. In this role, you will be the primary subject matter expert across our organization in operating in the SAP PMX environment. You will be responsible to lead these activities for both newly converted and existing services. This role is also key in the coordination and consistent application of these operational activities across our regional teams. Additional responsibilities include:

Roles and Responsibilities
· Lead and execute all operational activities related to the support of Performance Testing projects in SAP PMX (billing validation, purchasing, receiving, project invoicing, project creation/closure)
· Partner with our Regional ITO & OTR team members on all operational activities related to the fulfillment of customer projects
· Partner with GEV Global Billing teams and lead all project billing activities for Performance Testing
· Primary point of contact for GPE Finance related to all financial pacing business requirements
· Partner with the Performance Calibration Lab on project setup and billing activities
· Ownership of internal operational processes and workflows (Internal handoffs, Purchasing, Billing)
· Identify and lead productivity programs related to performance testing operations to drive operational efficiencies
· Provide day to day oversight and support of contracted Operations support personal
· Support/train members of the team in the use of SAP PMX as needed
· Backup support for any other operational processes required by the team
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
· Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working with SAP PMX ERP System and other GE Vernova Gas Power financial systems related to PR/PO’s, Invoicing, Billing, Financial Reporting, etc.

Pay Transparency :
For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is 88,600.00 - 118,100.00 USD Annually. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for 10% annual performance incentive.
