 “生产与技术领航项目 (PEDP)” 是 GE Vernova 杭州工厂专为高潜应届生打造的两年期职业启航项目。我们致力于培养下一代制造业的技术中坚与卓越运营人才。这不仅是一份入职邀约，更是一场为期两年的深度职业孵化——你将通过“工厂一线+核心职能”的深度交叉轮岗，在双导师的护航下，快速从一名校园新人蜕变为生产运营或工程技术的业务骨干！

任职资格要求：

· 
教育背景：  2025/2026 届应届毕业生，本科及以上学历。

· 
专业领域：  机械工程、自动化、工业工程、电气工程、能源动力等理工科相关专业。

· 
核心素质：  具备一定的英语基础，乐于在多元化背景下与不同层级的团队共同作战。

Hands-on & Resilient: Comfortable working on the shop floor, with a willingness to get hands-on experience and a drive to solve complex, real-world problems.

Curious & Analytical: Deeply interested in manufacturing technologies and Lean methodology, possessing strong logical reasoning and a proactive mindset for continuous learning and exploration.

Collaborative Communicator: Ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams, a strong team player, and highly motivated to achieve results and drive impact.

Qualifications：

Education: 2025/2026 graduates; bachelor’s degree or above.

Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
