This role is essential in creating and managing global and regional KPI reports and dashboards, pulling data from systems like SFDC, Smartsheets, and ERP platforms. Your primary focus will be on tracking Field Service KPIs to detect trends, resolve systemic issues, and drive continuous improvements through root cause analysis. You will work closely with teams across ISD, Segment Leadership, Commercial Ops, and Finance to ensure accurate KPI reporting. Key responsibilities include leading regular stakeholder reporting processes. You will also play a critical role in developing and maintaining KPI dashboards to support both operational and strategic goals. Some travel may be required.Job Description
Your Role:
- Develop and Manage KPI Reporting: Lead the creation and management of global and regional KPI reports and dashboards, utilizing data from diverse sources like SFDC, Smartsheets, Excel and ERP platforms. This role ensures comprehensive, data-driven insights critical for tracking and improving performance metrics.
- Monitor and Enhance Field Service Performance: Track Field Service KPIs to identify adverse trends and systemic issues. Apply root cause analysis and problem-solving methods to implement solutions that drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate Across Leadership and IT Teams: Partner closely with ISD, Segment Leadership, Commercial Ops, Finance, and IT development teams to meet stakeholder needs. Exceptional communication skills are essential to effectively coordinate between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment across all levels.
- Provide Strategic Leadership in Operations Planning: Support regional operations teams in leveraging KPI data for resource optimization and strategic decision-making, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the Operations Planning process.
- Engage and Align with Stakeholders: Facilitate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sessions with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on KPI objectives. Clearly present insights to make reports and dashboards actionable and accessible for all involved parties.
- Develop and Maintain KPI Dashboards: Collaborate with Segments and SP IT Teams to build and sustain Field Service KPI dashboards that support both daily operations and long-term strategy, ensuring data is reliable and readily available.
- Impactful Communication as a Success Driver: Strong communication is a key success factor, allowing for the translation of complex data insights into clear, impactful information that resonates with leadership and IT teams, ultimately driving stakeholder satisfaction.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Take on additional responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
- Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be necessary to collaborate with key stakeholders and support operational initiatives.
Basic Qualifications (requirements):
- 5+ years applicable Field Service experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
- 2+ years of specialized/industry experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
- Experience in power generation or technical industry can be substituted for degree and/or project management experience
Desired Characteristics:
- Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills; statistically literate and familiar with LEAN process, quality concepts and tools
- Strong skill set in advanced MS Excel functions, Smartsheet, knowledge of advanced statistics and Tableau a plus
- Basic comprehension of Salesforce, Data lake
- Clear thinker with the ability and desire to draw conclusions based on multiple data sets
- Self-starter able to drive change with a limited degree of direct guidance
- Strong analytical skills and ability to execute in fast paced environment
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and effectively manage within diverse and global cultures
- Capable of achieving results with limited resources and ability to implement creative solutions
- Forecasting/Planning experience
- Strong decision-making, oral, written communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
If contracted in the US:
The salary range for this position is 91.400 to 121.800 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a 10% performance bonus.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
