Role Summary/Purpose

This role will provide the OTR (Order to Remittance) process for Reciprocating Engines in Distributed Power which operates worldwide under the Jenbacher and Waukesha brands.
Essential Responsibilities

In this role you will: 

·  Be responsible for executing of new unit orders for the Recip Engines Platform (from clean order booking up to engine shipment)
·  Ensure cross functional coordination of technical and commercial order execution in cooperation with Sales, Commercial Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sourcing and Services 
·  Be responsible for executing new unit orders in time and within the calculated costs 
·  Be responsible for Sales Revenue Planning & Reporting for the Waukesha Engines Product Line in coordination with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Recip OTR Leader 
·  Collect and consolidate weekly updates on identified Commercial Rev Rec risks & opportunities 
·  Be responsible for Payment Collection and Claim Management for all new units orders under execution in close cooperation with OTR Finance 
·  Support Revenue Operating Rhythm in close cooperation with OTR Planning & Analysis with weekly updates on projects for evaluation of commercial Rev Rec risks & opportunities 
·  Drive know how transfer with Channel Partners to align project execution process of Channel Partners with the GE Distributed Power OTR process 
·  Develop and build up strong relationship with our Channel Partners and OEMs 
·  Support continuous development of the OTR Process & Tools based on OTR KPI's such as Revenue, Contribution Margin, NPS, complete and on time delivery, Finished Goods Inventory and Collections 
·  Focus on customer alignment and simplification initiatives in order to ensure qualitative and effective Project Execution
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Engineering or Business related discipline from an accredited college or university 
·  Minimum of 3 years of experience in energy industry 
·  Ability and willingness to travel domestic &/or internationally - approximately 20% or as needed (customer locations, workshops / training, gas engine manufacturing facilities, etc.)
Desired Characteristics

·  Experience in technical and commercial Project management for execution of customer orders for capital goods 
·  Exposure to indirect "Go to the Market" models with Channel Partners (Distributor / Agent / Multi-channel distributor organization) 
·  Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization and manage multiple priorities 
·  5 years of experience in reciprocating engine energy industry 
·  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and economic modeling skills 
·  Advanced user level experience in working with ERP software and data base 
·  Ability to effectively communicate (verbally & in writing) complex problems and solutions both cross functionally and with multiple layers within the organization 
·  Strong interpersonal, facilitation & influencing skills 
·  Creative and innovative problem solving skills
