Role Summary/Purpose

The order operations KPI leader 4 main responsibilities
Generate and maintain the outputs of each KPI linked to the operational planning and execution for Africa Order Operations Specialists (OOS).
Run analyses to understand defects and drive KPI metrics improvement.
Supporting OOS in the use and in the understanding of the KPI files to increase expertise and knowledge.
Develop IT solutions while working with Global team to sustain KPI metrics calculation and data.
Essential Responsibilities

- KPIs:
• Understand each KPI calculation and it s impact on the business.
• Be the focal point when it comes to KPI metrics knowledge and process.
• Share and monitor performances of each OOS for all the OOM KPI Metrics.
• Be able to improve KPI output visually to have better understanding from OOM team.
• Work with OOM leadership on KPI priority implementation plan.

- Root causing & Education
• Complete 1x1 sessions with the OOM team to understand defects.
• Identify recurrent defects and areas of improvement.
• Suggests tailored training and refreshers for each OOS depending on the data linked to the KPI metrics.
• Follow up on the KPI progress on a weekly basis.
• Complete refresher training to OOS on how the KPIs are calculated.
• Share knowledge and best practices across Africa.

- IT solutions:
• Work with Global and Africa IT team to develop sustainable solutions to monitor OOM KPIs.

- QA & Compliance
• Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken
• Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken
• Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
• Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
• Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures
Qualifications/Requirements

• Business Operations, Statistics, IT engineering under graduate.
• Good level of data analytics
• Ability to use Systems and work in a matrix environment,
• Detail oriented • Well Organized • Team player • Committed to deliver and resilient • Customer Satisfaction Oriented • Solution driven mind set • process improvement mindset.
• Ability to adapt in front of any crisis and manage expectations
• Fluent English
• Very good knowledge of Office (excel specifically),
• Excellent Verbal and written communication
