GE Vernova’s Grid Automation business is offering an immersive ECT program designed for an early-career professional to drive real-world business impact. In this 12-month program, you will work at the intersection of strategy and execution, supporting our business process transformation journey. You will apply Lean, Quality, and Process Improvement methodologies to re-engineer workflows, optimize operational efficiency, and support critical project management coordination, all while contributing to our goal of a more agile, high-performance operating model.

What You’ll Experience
In this role, you will gain deep exposure to operational strategy, transformation, and process improvement initiatives, including:
· Process Improvement & Transformation: Identifying operational bottlenecks, re-engineering end-to-end workflows, and supporting the digitization of manual processes to enhance overall business health.
· Continuous Improvement: Championing Lean methodologies to eliminate waste, improve cycle times, and drive a culture of sustainable operational excellence.
· Operational Reporting: Translating complex process improvement data into high-impact dashboards and presentations to provide leadership with actionable insights.
· Change Management & Training: Facilitating the adoption of new processes through the development of training materials, job aids, and stakeholder workshops designed to institutionalize better ways of working.
· Strategic Coordination: Supporting cross-functional project management and harmonization initiatives, acting as a bridge between teams to ensure alignment on standardized operating procedures.

What You Bring
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field from an accredited university or final year students having the ability to join full time.
· Max 2 years of internships, trainings, or /and work experience.
· Strong interest in process improvement techniques to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies.
· A functional understanding of Supply Chain logic and how operational transformation impacts end-to-end project delivery.
· Strong presentation, communication and knowledge sharing , Strong ability to simplify complex ideas and support team learning
· Fluency in English
· knowledge in Microsoft Office, data visualization tools and project management software.
What Will Make You Stand Out
· Experience or strong interest in process improvement techniques to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies
· Practical knowledge of Lean methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, PDCA) and Quality Management frameworks .
· Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong plus; additional languages are considered a benefit).
· A "Change Agent" mindset: You proactively challenge the status quo and propose data-backed, scalable process improvement solutions.
· Ability to translate technical process changes into clear, actionable communications for executive leadership.
· Demonstrated experience in mapping processes, utilizing continuous improvement tools, or leading project-based initiatives.
· Intellectual curiosity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, global environment.
