Role Summary/Purpose

The Operation Intern will have the opportunities to support Production Support Leader and Coach
to execute task and business projects to improve Delivery and operations effectiveness.
Essential Responsibilities

To assist in establishing standard work, Process improvement, Data Collection, Tooling Improvement ideas. Conduct time study on daily task, implement automation where applicable in improving Cell TAT. Support the Cell in Idea generation and im[implementation of the ideas in a feasible and controlled manner.
Assist to monitor daily task / job status, TAT and Labor hours. Assist in data collection and to pivot the data for mining purposes.
Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum Second upper in an Engineering degree, preferable Aircraft maintenance or Mechanical Engineering ability to multi-task and work independently. Possess strong written and communication skills, Proficient in MS office software (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Advanced Excel skills (at a minimum knowledge of pivots and charts)

Curious and Fast learner, Excellent written and verbal communication skills , Strong analytical skills and resourceful. Ability to work collaboratively
across teams in a matrix organization.
