Job Description Summary
At Dowty (a GE Aerospace company), we design, manufacture and support cutting edge aerospace systems that power the future of flight.
The NPI Manufacturing Coordinator is the driving force between Manufacturing Engineering (ME) and Operations during the development of new products. This hands on leadership role keeps production articles moving through the shop floor, unblocks issues before they become delays, and pulls teams together to deliver safe, high quality hardware on time.
You will thrive here if you have a solutions driven mindset, strong technical grounding, and the confidence to anticipate challenges, take initiative and implement sustainable improvements that stick.
