Role Summary/Purpose
A Multivendor Parts Analyst drives solutions for customers needing parts for medical equipment.
Essential Responsibilities
· Find and execute part order solutions.
· Maintain positive relations with external strategic supplier partners
· Lead part solution actions as needed with other cross-functional teams including distribution, transportation, customs, order processing, asset planning, and repairable teams.
· Perform professional customer and field call handling and communication.
· Drive resolution of customer escalations by ensuring proper team ownership, coverage, and communication with the field.
· Deliver part solutions within the required compliance guidelines
· Optimize all cycle time elements associated with the order fulfillment process.
Qualifications/Requirements
· High School Diploma/equivalent and at least 3 years experience in customer facing role
· Parts logistics and global systems understanding
· Demonstrated Team player
· Effective working in a complex environment
· Experience with Microsoft Office applications
· Must be willing to work out of our Global Service Center in Waukesha, WI
· Must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including for example, verification of past employment, criminal history and educational background.
· Willing to take a drug test
· Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the US
Desired Characteristics
· BS / BA or equivalent experience
· Oracle application experience
· Proven strong customer advocate
· Working knowledge of customs processes
· Demonstrated Product Structure knowledge
· Local talent strongly preferred
